2026 AGA Africa Tournament in Lobatse, Botswana

The 2026 edition of the Africa Genesis Archery Tournament will be held at the Big Valley Game Lodge in Lobatse, providing a scenic and
professional backdrop for the competition, featuring the finest Genesis archers from Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW
The tournament will consist of three distinct events. All teams must consist of 16 archers, with a minimum of 6 archers of the opposite gender represented in each team.
- AGA Senior Championship (Adult/AAG Teams)
- AGA Junior Championship (National Teams)
- AGA Development Challenge Teams

The tournament will be held at the Big Valley Game Lodge in Lobatse, providing a scenic and professional backdrop for the competition.

- Competition Days: 13–15 August 2026
- Awards Evening: 15 August 2026 (18h00)
- Departure: 16 August 2026
COMPETITION FORMAT
The tournament will strictly adhere to AGA Rules and includes the following formats:
- Bulls-Eye: Each of the three teams per country will shoot three ranking flights.
- The top three countries will then compete in knock-out flights to determine Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
- 3D Animal Round: Each of the three teams will shoot two 3D flights.
- The total cumulative score will determine the Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists.
