Invitation to all participating schools and clubs.

Venue – Rugby field and pavilion

Time – Registration at 08:00hrs and Competition start 9am to 12:30pm.

Format –  Junior or senior A and B teams only of up to 4 archers per team…Bulls-eye and 3D, including individual archers with previous Inter-schools competition experience.

The best 4 scores per team will be used to deduce the team score. Priority range reservations to experienced National or Development archers. Other novices will be put on a wait list to see if all archers can be accommodated. Archers will complete the full 30 arrow 10/15m competition in BE and 3D, unless range equipment challenges arise. There will only be 2 combined flights in the competition allowing up to 80 archers this opportunity.

Prize giving to follow, all archers with scores to receive participation certificates.

Cost – Sports and Recreation Commission require an annual membership fee of $4 per each registered and competing archer. This will need to be paid prior to the commencement of the tournament, along with any outstanding AGA Zimbabwe subscriptions for 2025/6.
This tournament is fully compliant with ZAA, AGA and SRC competition requirements.

Equipment – Please bring your own bows, arrows and quivers and make sure all equipment is in good operational condition. Identifying marks should be added to be able to quickly ID bows, arrows and their owners. Nock locators to be served in place. Please ensure ALL target butts are in good condition and are properly strapped with NO large holes shot through.

Teas – and refreshments will be provided to parents, guests and archers.
